To give our customers the confidence to shop with us, Alien Worlds offers a full refund and exchange for items bought within 14 days from the date of receiving the items.

Returned and exchanged items should be unworn and in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags and labels attached along with the invoices.

Refunds might take up to 7 business days to be credited into your bank account, and KWD 2.00 delivery charge (inside Kuwait) will be applied for any return or exchange. Our customer service representatives will confirm the delivery charge for returns for customers outside of Kuwait.
